These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nexus Villages website and the services provided by NexusLiving OÜ and its affiliated entities (collectively, "Nexus Villages", "we", "us").

SMS Messaging Programme Terms

The Nexus Villages SMS programme is operated by Peace Freedom OÜ, an affiliated company of NexusLiving OÜ. Subscribers receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages about Nexus Villages events, information sessions and project updates.

You join the programme by entering a mobile number and ticking the consent box on our sign-up forms at nexusvillages.com. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages.

For help, reply HELP to any message or email hello@nexusvillages.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The programme is supported by major US carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, Virgin Mobile and other participating carriers. Carriers are not the sender of these messages and are not responsible for their content.

We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Use of the Site

Information on this website is provided in good faith and may evolve. Nexus Villages shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of this website.

Applications and Waiting List

Submitting an application or interest form does not create any binding obligation on either party. A position on the waiting list is granted only upon execution of a Reservation and Community Access Agreement and receipt of the Reservation Amount.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. See our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. The judicial courts of Lisbon shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
