This Privacy Policy explains how NexusLiving OÜ ("Nexus Villages", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data through the website nexusvillages.com. We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.

We collect the information you choose to give us: your first and last name, your email address, your mobile phone number, and any message or application details you submit. Directly from you, when you complete a form on our website, apply, register for an event or information session, or contact us by email. Automatically, through cookies and similar technologies when you visit the site. We do not buy personal data from data brokers.

3. How We Use It

To answer your enquiry and follow up on your application; to send you information about Nexus Villages events, information sessions and project updates where you have asked to receive them; to administer the waiting list and community; to improve the website; and to comply with our legal obligations. Our legal bases are your consent, the performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in running and improving the project, and legal compliance.

4. SMS and Mobile Messaging

Peace Freedom OÜ, an affiliated company of NexusLiving OÜ, operates the Nexus Villages SMS programme. We collect a mobile phone number only when you voluntarily provide one on one of our forms and tick the consent box for text messages. The consent box is never pre-ticked, and consent to receive text messages is never a condition of any purchase.

If you opt in, you will receive recurring automated marketing and informational messages about Nexus Villages events and updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to any message, after which you will receive one confirmation message and nothing further. Mobile numbers and messaging consent are used only to operate the SMS programme described above, and are shared only with the messaging service providers strictly needed to deliver those messages on our behalf.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Third-Party Services

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, including our website host, our email and customer relationship platform, our messaging service providers, and analytics tools.
